At Quickgrass we aim to give you the best possible value and service at all times. By purchasing through this website you are entering into a legally binding contract with us. This means that you (the Customer) and we (the Supplier) have rights and obligations. If you are unsure of your rights and obligations now or at any time during the contract please seek independent advice.

The information on this website is given in good faith and Quickgrass cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the information or its use or misuse.

Our standard delivery for all orders placed before 12.00 noon

Delivery Times
Usually 3 to 8 days. This is subject to, the location, and the size of rolls in the order. Further information about your specific delivery can be provided if you contact us by telephone or email. Shipping on all artificial grass is £45.00

We will be very happy to quote you a competitive delivery price for these areas which are not included within our standard delivery charge of £45.

For all other products supplied by Quickgrass not ordered at the same time as a cut grass order i.e. Quickgrass Weedstop, Adhesive, Joining Tape, U Pins etc, orders placed before 3pm will be delivered next day @ £14.95 inc vat. Certain small items will be sent via Royal Mail @ £4.95

You will receive a confirmation email from Quickgrass when you place your order. If you need to arrange specific date for delivery please email us after you have placed your order with your preferred date. If you would like your order to be left with a neighbour this will be carried out at your own risk.

Prices include loss & damage insurance and are inclusive of V.A.T

4m widths are quite long for one person to carry safely, so drivers may need assistance in unloading your grass successfully.

Deliveries will be to the main entrance to your premises, the driver is not permitted to enter your premises. (The handling of the artificial grass is heavy & the roll cannot be bent, it may be easier to leave it outside until ready to be fitted)

You must inform us of any parking or access difficulties that may be encountered. We will pass this information on to the delivery company. If access is not possible for any reason the carrier will unload at the nearest possible location. (Single drivers with no handling equipment may be used, therefore they may not be able to carry your artificial grass far from the place of unloading)

It will be necessary for the driver to obtain a signature for this delivery.

We are unable to give a precise delivery time unless it has been agreed by telephone. As we have no control over the deliveries after they leave our warehouse we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays & no compensation will be payable by ourselves.


Any estimates as to delivery are given in good faith but are only estimates and they are not guaranteed times and should not be relied upon as such. Time is not of the essence of the contract and we will not accept liability for any losses unless we fail to deliver within a reasonable time. If the expected delivery time is likely to, or does, exceed 30 days you will be able to cancel your order if you wish and receive a full refund of the monies you have paid.

Please check that the goods you receive are the ones you ordered, the correct colour and size, and that they are examined for apparent faults or damage at the time of delivery and before installation/assembly. If on inspection you have any doubts please contact us immediately and do not sign for the goods.

If you provide the driver with a signature you are accepting the goods have been delivered in perfect condition. We will not be able to make a claim on your behalf for damages if the freight company can provide us with a copy of your signature.

Cancellations and Returns

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended 2005).
By purchasing over the internet or by telephone you are entering into a “Distance Sale”. In addition to your normal statutory rights as a consumer you also have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 days after the date your order is delivered to you. This right does NOT apply to products specifically made to your specifications and this includes our floor surfaces which have been cut from a roll to your specific order size.

Where the Goods are faulty or do not comply with any of the contract, the customer must notify the supplier within 14 days of delivery and the customer shall be entitled to replacement goods or a full refund.

In line with distance trading regulations cut to length orders can only be returned if found to be faulty.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods until the end of any cooling off period. In order to satisfy this requirement you must ensure that any sealed goods remain sealed until the end of any cooling off period, and they must remain in the same condition as purchased. If your order has not been delivered and you wish to cancel your order please contact us. If the goods are excluded from your right to cancel (see previous paragraph) we will find out whether or not they have already been cut to your specifications and if not we will accept a cancellation of your order and refund your money. If, however, the product has been prepared for you we will only accept cancellation if we may deduct a proportion of the purchase price from the refund we issue to you to cover the losses we will incur in selling your purchase as a reduced price remnant.

When your goods have been delivered you have a reasonable opportunity to make sure that they are the goods you have ordered. If not you should not cut into, fit, or use them (other than to check whether or not they are the right goods). Flooring products cannot be returned if they have been cut , glued or installed in any way. You should retain the packaging so that this can be reused, if possible, for their return. You will be responsible for the condition of the goods and for their reasonable care whilst they are in your possession. Call our office within 48 hours hours of delivery. We will arrange for the collection of the goods without charge and replace with the correct goods. This only applies to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Returns Policy for non cut items

Cancelling an order:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days following the receipt of the item(s) you must notify us of your intention to return unwanted goods within 14 days of purchase or receipt of goods? Goods must be returned to us in what we consider to be re-salable condition.

To cancel your order, you must return the goods to us, you are required to pay for the postage and any charges incurred for returning items (including international taxes and duty). You must contact us in writing to Once we have received your returned goods, your credit card will be refunded for the items in full minus the original carrage cost you paid which will be deducted from your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. No handling fee will be charged if we have sent you any items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of us receiving your return. Quickgrass will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we will not issue a full refund but providing the goods are returned in the same condition as sent then a credit will be issued less the postage costs and handling fees as described in the cancelling of the order.
